Actuator ISB/ISDB series, which is the "first in the industry" to have its lead configured to three times the screw diameter, is now added into the available line-ups.
Its an actuator outstanding in its high speed, having three times lead and maintaining the cost low by adopting rolling ball screws.
This actuator supports up to maximum speed of 2.3 times, and acceleration/deceleration of up to 1.5 times when compared with the products before.

Time taken for positionings will be made much shorter with its high speed feature.
Examples of applications
High speed actuator (three times lead ball screw installed) combined with thin-film solar cell laser trimming device.
The trimming movement will be faster, and the cycle time will be cut short, leading to productivity improvement.
