Features 01

Realizes space savings, cost reduction and handiness

Compressing 6 units of RCS2/RCS3 Controller(SCON-CA) to 1 unit, has bring down its cost largely, saving spaces.

A large reduction in costs are made able for the case where a multiple numbers of SCON controllers were in use, by cutting down the controller mounting space to less than half of initial, and minimizing the control panel size, through the usage of MSCON controller.

<Easy teachings>
SCON controllers required the teaching tool(cable) to be re-plugged for every controllers for instructing the moving position of each axis, but MSCON controller can change its data input axis by just switching the screen, resulting in reduction of adjustment working time.

Value specifying movements are enabled via field networks,
largely reducing communication time

Compatible to off board tuning function which improves the actuator conveying ability

Off board tuning is a function where it raises the acceleration/deceleration whenever the load is small, and drops the acceleration/deceleration whenever the load is large, achieving an optimum motion configuration based on the load.

Cycle time reducing vibration suppressing control function equipped

Vibration suppressing control function, which suppresses the work attached to slider whenever the actuator slider moves, was added. Vibration convergence waiting time gets reduced, reducing the cycle time.

Equipped with movement time and traveling distance calculating function which notifies the maintenance time

Number of time and traveling distance that actuator moved will be calculated and recorded into the controller, and if it is exceeding the preset value, it will send the signal to outside. This notifies the timing for lubricating and regular maintenance.

Preservation of alarm occurrence time through calendar function

Alarm analysis is made easier by having the alarm history shown by occurred time, through the addition of clock function.
(Time data preservation period is 10 days after getting the power supply turned OFF.)
