Super small size Slim type series is added to Slider types and Rod types of Motor Unit types.

(1)Super small size of width 18mm in Rod types, and width 20mm in Slider types.
(2)Realized a repetitive positioning precision of ±0.02mm and maximum load capacity (horizontal) of 2kg by adoption of servo motor and ball screws.
(3)Motor Unit type with and easy motor replacings.
(4)Coupling type/Motor Folded type is lined up for both Slider types/Rod types.

Please select based on purpose, as 『High Thrust type Motor Specification』 has a higher ability for load capacity/pressing force in comparison to standard specifications.
