Dust and Water Proof performance of protection class IP65

This is the First ! ROBO Cylinder^® slider type.
This high level of Dust and Water Proof performance with protection class IP65 has a special structure that sitting base upside down, the opening is on the bottom side.

Compact size

Our waterproof single axis robot (ISWA Series) is made to a smaller size around 60% (compared on the cross-section) at the same time retaining the waterproof performance.
Also like any ROBO cylinder, it achieved a high function with a lower price.

Controller is PowerCon 150 (PCON-CA) compatible.

Controller is PowerCon 150 (PCON-CA) compatible and can be used for
① maximum acceleration/deceleration 0.6G ② Calendar function and maintenance function.

It is possible for both wall type or ceiling type.

Bracket for wall type and ceiling type is an option that increases the freedom of installation.

It is possible to select direction of cable outlet.

Direction of cable outlet can be selected from 3 types which are rear side (standard), left and right surface.
Select by the condition of mounting space on body

It is possible to mounting device on the table from 4 surfaces of top bottom left and right.

There is more freedom to mounting device by setting up tap hole on 4 surfaces to table that like winding around the body.

Possible to select applied grease.

Grease that applied in the ball screw and guide inside the body can select from 2 types which are industrial grease (Daphne Eponex Grease) and Food grade grease (medallion FM No.1)
