Usage
A clamping device which is used while processing the metal components for motor vehicle.
A strong pressing force is required for the initial rough shaping, and it is pressed by 30N, but during the fine processing after the rough shaping, the pressing force is dropped low in order to prevent work shape changings.

Explanation
- In the case of air cylinders

Takes about 15 seconds to change the pressing force from 30N to 10N because of the residual pressure, and processings can't be done during this period.
- Process time
- (Rough shaping : 13 seconds) + (Changing pressure : 15 seconds) + (Fine processing : 13 seconds) + (Attaching・Removing : 8 seconds) = 49 seconds
- Production volume
- Cycle time 49 seconds = 73 units/H(3,600 seconds) = 1,763 units/day(24H) = 52,890 units /month(30 days)
- In the case of ROBO Cylinders

ROBO Cylinders can change its pressing force immediately by changing the position No.
- Process time
- (Rough shaping : 13 seconds) + (Fine processing : 13 seconds) + (Attaching・Removing : 8 seconds) = 34 seconds
- Production volume
- Cycle time 34 seconds = 105 units/H(3,600 seconds) = 2,520 units/day(24H) = 75,600 units/month(30 days)
