Kimchi filling line/Equipment for sending products to the next process
Even if using an air cylinder, there is no problem as long as you divide the movement into going and returning movements, right?
You're right. Even with air cylinders, it is possible to adjust the going and returning speeds individually.
However, we have heard that in many cases it is not possible to increase the speed significantly, as increasing the speed too much can lead to early failure of the shock absorber.
Retort curry production line/Sorting process
Retort curry production line/Sorting process
This equipment seems to be operated by the arrival (?) sensor in the retort curry distribution section. What are their types and how are they located? I imagine that the actual box guide has a lot more room than the video, but what is the maximum actual sorting speed?
In this example, there is only one type of work in use.
Sorting is repeated in the order of ``center'', ``right'', and ``left''.
The upper part is used to count the number of pieces passing through, and the direction of ELECYLINDER operation is switched depending on the number of pieces.
If the speed of the air cylinder changes due to variations in the amount of air supplied, wouldn't the speed of the motor also change due to fluctuations in voltage?
You can operate at stable speeds without voltage drop by using a 24V power supply unit that matches the power capacity of the axes in use.
We have a calculator software available on our website that allows you to calculate the required power capacity, so please feel free to use it.
Closing and opening of a door
Closing and opening of a door
Will there be any difference in operation, such as the relationship between the weight/stroke of the opening/closing door and the ELECYLINDER's performance, when it is installed vertically?
When operating in a vertical installation, please use the "vertical payload" when selecting the ELECYLINDER model.
It can be used if it meets the catalog specifications.
When used vertically, please include a brake option to keep it from dropping when the power is turned off.
