Realized a command acceleration of 3.2G(instantaneous maximum of 4.8G), and maximum speed of 2,500mm/s.
Reduces the device cycle time by having its maximum speed to be 2,500mm/s, and its maximum acceleration to be 3.2G.
The newly developed cast aluminium frame ensures a high rigidity. The vibration during high speed motions are made low by performing vibration suppression control with XSEL controller, and by improving the vibration attenuatibility and shape of the XY axis fastening brackets.
A wide range of movement which covers 400mm(X-Axis) x 300mm(Y-Axis) is ensured. Comparing to the structure of a robot like multiple joint robot or parallel-link robot, the moving range is circular, the square moving range is more efficient and has no wasted space.
High Speed Slider type Robots are a combination of Single Axis robots which performs straight motions, and has a good straightness.
