High rigidity base, ball screw, and servo motor are used in this.
For the base, using aluminium extruded material gives high rigidity.
Also high precision ball screw and servo motor are used to give high precision and less step.
Built-in XSEL Controller
Achieve high trajectory and isokinetic.
The popular functions of high trajectory and isokinetic in XSEL controller are transferred as it is.
There is no change for the function and command in XSEL controller
For 3 axis can be either 3 dimensional circular interpolation or 3 dimensional path operation.
It also common use with the tools such as teaching box or computer software.
Program is maximum 64 program and multi task can be operated up to 16 pcs at the same time.
Position can be registered up to 3000 positions.
Gantry type or Cantilever type selectable.
Gantry type for high rigidity and Cantilever type for working space.
Gantry type mainly for unbalanced load as the Y axis is fixed. It is suitable for the case when the weight is more heavy on Z axis or has a large protrusion from slider.
Cantilever type is suitable for working on a fixed large size work or variant shape of work as the working space is wide.
Operation range can be selected from 2 types.
2020(200mm) type and 4040(400mm) type.
Both Gantry type and Cantilever type have 2 type operation range of (X / Y axis) 200mm × 200mm (2020) type and 400mm × 400mm (4040) type.
Select type with a suitable size from small to large size of work.
