Specifications required to the actuator are widely variety. Various specifications are required depending on the needs or used environment such as stroke, rigidity, size, speed, carrying weight accuracy etc. IAI has prepared abundant lineup and wide variation responding to the needs. The most appropriate actuators which meet the needs of each customer sensitively will be provided.

This is a motorized cylinder which achieved the maximum speed of 1.5 times, carrying weight of 2 times when used combining with the new controller "POWERCON 150 PCON-CA".

＜Feature＞

  1. Fulfilled lineup with the motor straight type, motor turned type and clean room type.
  2. Rod type (radial cylinder) containing the guide mechanism is capable for long stroke (500mm) and radial loading.
  3. Improved maintenance performance since the motor can be replaced with a screw.
  4. Replaceable from existing unit since the hole of slider type is compatible with RCP2.

Slim small sized Robo Cylinder Series

Robo Cylinder Series

ISB/ISPB Series

Repeated positioning accuracy of ±0.01mm and maximum speed of 2.500mm/s were realized by the mounting of high rigid base linear guide and AC servo motor.

  • Intelligent actuator operated by the program without commands from the upper level.
  • Exclusive X, Y and Z axis are prepared. Easy multi-axis operation by the exclusive controller.
  • Maximum acceleration was increased to 1.2G.

The power under the bad conditions is exerted by the protection code IP54 - IP64

  • Protection code applied to the bad environment in the dust or the water is poured.

TT Series

Table top type robot

High performance robot of table top type realized the low price.

  • All in one type which is the most suitable for cell production or R&D. Lineup of 200mm x 200mm and 400mm x 400mm.
  • High rigid base, servo control motor are adopted. In addition, no step-out with the contained encoder.
  • High trail accuracy and X-SEL controller of constant speed is contained.
  • Lineup consisting of high rigid portal type, and cantilever type which emphasizes the working space.

Orthogonal type robot

Intelligent actuator which has adaptable potential, and reduces the assembling manpower from design to introduction.

  • Various models are prepared from 5 kinds of bi-axis combination as a base, until 3 axis, 4 axis and 6 axis.
  • Wide covering area of 4,155mm x 400mm maximum. Cycle time can be reduced by the wide operating range and high speed performance of 2,500mm/s maximum.
  • IA kit which enables easy assembling of the Robo Cylinder as an orthogonal robot is of short delivery period and low price.
