ERC3CR-SA5C / SA7C
ERC3 Actuator can connect to gateway with the maximum of up to 4 units.
New type of electric cylinder that mechanical engineer can do operation and adjustment.
ERC3 series is a built-in controller type and easy to assemble, wire or adjust.
Product information of ERC3 series
Features 1 No need a setting space for controller and can be a small control panel.
When control panel is smaller, it is more effective for space utilization.
Features 2 Load capacity 1.5 times and high speed 1.5 times more than current type.
Features 3 Extend the length for standard long stroke.

Main function
Corresponding to 3 connection system of 「Conventional system」「PIO change system」「Quick teach system」
Conventional system
Able to connect as a master and slave device i.e.. PLC. Maximum positioning is 16 points.
- 1. Same as the current ERC2 that can control with PIO/SIO direct from master device i.e.. PLC.
- 2. Able to use pulse train control in Line Driver system.
PIO Conversion System
Controller function on ERC3 series is upgradable by connecting to a PIO converter.
- 1. Maximum positioning points increases from 16 points to 512 points.
- 2. It is possible to turn to a simple absolute encoder ERC3 which make the return to origin operation is not necessary.
- 3. It can be selected to built-in cut off relay (CV) for drive source or external type (CVG)
- 4. Calendar function is also available. This is convenient for checking error occurrence time and alarm analysis.
- 5. It equipped with ERC3 brake release switch.
- 6. LED status is mounted on the front panel of PIO converter helping to check status on each type of ERC3 easier.
Quick Teach System
By connect to Quick Teach, it will make the test run easier by using button or knob on operation panel even there is no signal from PLC or electric supply to ERC3.
- 1. It is possible to supply power from Quick Teach.
- 2. It is possible to change speed, change acceleration, and change position.
- 3. Power compatible is DC24V-AC100/200V.
