Feature 1 Enabling high speed conveying of middle weight substance
The mounted 200V servo motor, which has a maximum speed of 1,000mm/s,
maximum payload capacity of 60kg and maximum stroke of 1,000mm, enables the high speed conveying of middle weight substance.
Extra high thrust type has realised a maximum pressing force of 2t(19600N)
and maximum payload capacity of 500kg(horizontal).

Feature 2 Enables the combination above 3-Axis by using the XSEL controller
Combination of multi-axis/Slider Type Robots are enabled since the XSEL controllers, which has the maximum controlling number of 6-Axis can be used.

Main function
Coupling specification is available
Addition of coupling specification which improves the maintainability of motor replacing by having the motor and ball screw united through coupling.
Absolute system unit specification/Incremental specification can be selected.
Absolute system specification is ready for operation even in start ups at morning or after recovery from emergency stops, since it doesn't require a homing process.
Conventional incremental specification is also selectable.

High speed/High payload capacity
Maximum speed 1000mm/sec(SS8/SS8R type), maximum payload capacity 60kg(SS8/SS8R type).
Contributes to the reducing of the cycle time, by the large increase in high speed performance・transporting ability.
The cycle time calculation is made easy, since the thrust is constant from low speed to high speed.
Extra high thrust type(R13R) is compatible to maximum payload capacity of 500kg.
High rigidity
Even though in extra compact size, the slider type has a superior rigidity, having a cross-sectional shaped base, putting rigidity in to account.
Since single guide・double guide are selectable for the slim・short body type of the rod type, and the flat type has a built-in linear guide, they are compatible even if the moment is needed.
Since the ball spindle is being used for the rotation stopper of the rod in the extra high thrust type(RA13R), light load can be applied in the direction of the thrust and rotation, on to the rod without adding a guiding structure.
Plenty of variations
Slider type has a straight type which is directly connected to motor, and a motor folded space-saving type.
A variety of types are prepared for the rod types based on their use. These include the slim type, which has it's external form made slim, the short type, which the whole length made short, and the flat type, which it's height is made low.
Controllers
Choosable small sized controllers based on controlling methods. Positioning ability has largely increased.
